In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and place on a tray.
Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
Prepare three bowls: flour in one, beaten egg in another, breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, and salt in the third.
Roll each cheese ball in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
Spray cheese balls lightly with cooking spray.
Air fry for 7–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
